I’m Jen and I am an online Personal Trainer + Nutrition Coach. I also train clients in person at their home on the Connecticut Shoreline.
Fitness + Nutrition can be so confusing and overwhelming and I am here to simplify the process for you so you can feel your BEST self in AND out of the gym.
I have always been an active gal and have always loved moving my body. I look at working out as a way to improve my life (especially my mental health), rather than to burn calories.
I went to college in Boston where I played soccer and lived for 7 years. I never wanted to work for corporate America and literally did everything in my power to avoid it. I knew there was more to life than sitting behind a desk all day. I wanted to find a career that combined my passionate for wellness and helping people.
Shortly after graduating college, I received my yoga certification. I fell in love with teaching in the fitness space and connecting with others, so shortly after I sought out on my journey to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer + Certified Nutrition Coach.
In 2021, I started my LLC-Empowered By Wellness and ever since, have been helping busy men and women ditch fitness fads and dieting.
I take a REALISTIC approach to fitness + nutrition and help my clients develop a lifestyle in which makes them FEEL GOOD without dieting, spending 6 days in the gym, or giving up the foods they love.
I take a very individualized approach to fitness + nutrition as it is not a one size fits all!
